Hatha - This empowering alignment-based hatha yoga class focuses on engagement, strong alignment and may have longer holds in poses to recruit activation of muscle groups and challenge you in new ways. This accessible class will focus less on the choreography of vinyasa yoga (less chaturanga) and more on pose oriented progressions. Leave feeling strong, knowledgeable and aligned.
Healing Yin - A slow-paced class that incorporates long passive holds and deep breaths for a stretch that targets deep connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Usually involving a series of seated and supine postures held for 5-10 minutes each allowing for profound release & relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Yoga props or something similar (a pillow, books, a small blanket or towel) are recommended.

Stretch & Flow - A 45 minute express Vinyasa class featuring numerous modifications for students of all levels.
Vinyasa - A flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. Designed to progressively open the body and may include seated and standing postures, twists, balances, inversions, back bends, core strengthening, breathwork and meditation. Students can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.
